O’Toole to Replace Baroni on Senate Judiciary Committee

Senate Republican Leader Tom Kean announced today that Senator Kevin O’Toole will be appointed to the Senate Judiciary Committee to replace Senator Bill Baroni.  Senator O’Toole will replace Senator Baroni beginning with the March 1, 2010 meeting.

Senator Kean said,

“Senator O’Toole will be an invaluable asset to the Senate Judiciary Committee.  He is an accomplished attorney who possesses the leadership ability and the skills to accurately evaluate gubernatorial nominees.”

“As a member of both the Senate Judiciary Committee and the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee he will be in the forefront as we enter this extremely challenging period in state history.”
