Politifax Loser: Justin Murphy Didn’t Even Vote for Himself

May 19, 2010

Interesting that Justin Murphy and his runningmates want our vote…but as the leader of their ticket, Murphy didn’t even take the time to vote for himself in the June 2008 Primary Election. Missing votes seems to be a hallmark of the Column 4 “We The People Republicans” ticket:

  • Freeholder Candidate Bernard Shuster missed voting in Primary Elections in 2009, 2007, 2006, 2005 and 2004…he wants your vote in this year’s primary, but doesn’t take the time to cast a vote himself.
  • Phil Guerrieri, leader of the “We the People” County Committee slate, has only voted in one School Board election in the last seven years…he’ll complain about taxes, but he doesn’t vote for the budget that has the greatest impact on our property taxes.

On Tuesday, June 8th, please cast your vote for the only Team that has been endorsed by the state, county and local Republican Organizations…The Jon Runyan Team in Column 1.

Cherry Hill’s Real Republicans!

If John Runyan is part of the “Real Republican” team how come he’s only been a registered republican for months not years??? How come Runyan contributed to Evesham Democrats instead of conservative republicans?? PLEASe people, let’s look at who he (Runyan) really is — can you say RINO? Justin Murphy looks better everyday…

AGAIN, THE REPUBLICAN PARTY IS EATING THEIR OWN! I HAVE SEEN SPEECHES BY BOTH PEOPLE SIDE BY SIDE, AND IF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY HAS AN OUNCE OF SENSE, THEY WOULD GET BEHIND THE PERSON WHO CAN BEAT ADLER. THIS IS LIKE THE RUN-OFF IN NEW YORK BACK LAST FALL. JON IS A NICE GUY, BUT ADLER WILL EAT HIM UP! JUSTIN IS ARTICULATE, KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE STATE OF AFFAIRS, WHERE ALL WHO WERE AT THE BRUNCH AT TAVISTOCK CC CLEARLY SAW THAT. WHEN IS THE REPUBLICAN PARTY GOING TO DEFINE A CANDIDATE BY HIS QUALIFICATIONS, OR ARE THEY GOING TO WAIT UNTIL WE NO LONGER HAVE A REPUBLICAN PARTY. THE PEOPLE ARE NO LONGER GOING TO BE LED BY THE NOSE BECAUSE “THE PARTY” ANNOINTED THIS OR THAT PERSON. YOU GAVE US JOHN MCCAIN, BUSH, AND THAT IS WHY WE ARE IN THE STATE WE ARE IN. BEING A REPUBLICAN MY ENTIRE LIFE, AS WERE MY PARENTS, YOU JUST KEEP PUSHING US TO BECOME INDEPENDENTS!!!!!! WISE UP!!!!!

I have seen Jon Runyan and Justin Murphy at two different events, first at a candidate vetting by the Burlington County Tea Party, and then at the Moorestown Republican Club Brunch at Tavistock. I was one of the huge majority of straw pollers who voted for Justin Murphy at the vetting. At the brunch, I was hoping to discover that Jon Runyan had improved his knowledge and speaking skills enough to at least make me feel a little bit more comfortable if he were to be the winner of the Primary on June 8. However, if anything, he was even more awkward and less impressive at this later event. I found myself feeling sorry for him, because he really does seem like a nice guy. At both events, it was clearly obvious that Justin Murphy is the much better choice to run against John Adler in November.

I know two people who have made comments here. They do not show ! How come ?
Is it because they were not showing support for Jon Runyan?
Why have a comment section if you don’t show comments unless they are complementary ?

Hey Guys !—can’t we Republicans at LEAST expect you to play FAIR ?
This requires an apology/retraction and/or that there was a mistake ! —Better check who you get your info from. I hope it isn’t a Tom Lafferty!

Mr. Murphy sent a press release this morning, and in that press release was a certified copy, by the Burlington County Superintendent of Elections, Joanne Nyikita, of the poll log book for Tabernacle Township District 2 for the June 3 2008 primary election.

As is required, the voters must sign the log book before entering the poll booth. The poll log book for June 3, 2008 shows Mr. Murphy’s signature as voting in the June 3, 2008 primary. This clearly demonstrates that Justin voted in the June 3, 2008 primary and disproves the allegation.

He even stated publicly that he voted for himself.

Phil complains about the lack of county support, yet he made phone calls asking everyone not to attend the CCGOP’s Fall Gala. This event helps provide funds to help our county and local candidates. He refused help from those who have more experience than he when he ran. He refused to knock on doors or even donate money, let alone try to raise some on his own. He left the democrat party after Levin (bass lady) got a job in Trenton. Before that he was on the Mayor’s Township Community Relations Board. He couldn’t get along with the democrats and now he can’t get along with Republicans who have been in the trenches while he sat there and did nothing to help get Republicans elected. He does not deserve the support of those who have remained loyal republicans through thick and thin. He is only interested in having total power. Absolute power is not the answer. We need a leader who will work with everyone on a grass roots level. Rich Ambrosino has proven that he is willing and able to do that. If it were not for him, Phil would still be out in the cold as a registered democrat. Vote for real republicans and true leadership. Vote column 1 this Tuesday.

Seems the Wee the People group have trouble getting to the polls and raising money. That seems like just the kind of folks we need in the Cherry Hill GOP…not! Phil and the others just can’t get over that they are two time losers now and they want to blame that on everyone else but themselves. They seem to forget that it was they that picked the candidates last year and they who ran the campaign. If it didn’t work out, then they should have no one else to blame but themselves. It’s not like the rest of the ticket was dragging them down. The rest of the party managed to win the Governor’s office, pick up an assembly seat in the neighboring 4th district and even win a couple of seats on council in Oaklyn!

Here’s the real slogan for Column 4………..”We the Sore Loser People!”

The myth that Murphy did not vote for himself is just that a MYTH> He did vote in the last primary check the records.

The Runyan camp is out here spreading false information about Murphy because they have no answers on the issues that the real Conservatives in the 3rd are concerned about. Ryunan has been registered for 3 months as an “R”. When he spoke to our group i just thought he was not prepared. But the real answer is he has no conviction in his soul about these issues so he has no Fire.
I cannot rely on Runyan’s judgement with no conviction in his soul. So i will be Voting for Justin Murphy.

I have seen Murphy speak…his message is clear…he is a trained lawyer to read the Washington legal ease….normal people without a legal degree, cannot possibly understand the “terminology and half-speak” in Washington. Justin Murphy is also a Small business owner, who know how to keep the bottom line…..Why doesn’t Washington run the government like a business instead of a charity…always having the American People to foot the bills. I feel Murphy is well qualified, and has great ideas regarding : (1) get rid of IRS for Flat Tax (2) I like his aggressive approach to the war on terrorism (3) he plans to regain control of Immigration System (4) He is a pro life advocacy as I am a biology teacher, and I know when life begins..no Federal Government can tell me differently. (5) I like Murphy because of his traditional conservative values, and his “health Savings Account” not Universal Health Care (6) I’m worried that HIllary has signed a UN treaty, that will take away the 2nd Amendment….which protects all other amendments….The rights to bear arms from the enemy “without” and the “enemy within”. (7) School choice for Excellence in Education is one of Justin Murphy’s goals ((8) and no matter how many oil spills are not occurring there are thousands of “clean” wells, that have provided us with the much needed fuel we need….I like Justin Murphy’s Energy Independence using our own gas, oil, and coa. (9) and as a business man, his serious fiscal discipline will be a plus in Washington….I’m voting for Justin Murphy in the Primary. Foot ball players might be good to put their $100,000 into the campaign to get himself to Washington….but you see what we got in N.J. when Corzine “bought” a seat in the legislature and then “Purchased” the governorship…(notice one term only)….Thank God, for New Governor Christie…
