Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. – Remembered!

January 17, 2011

In many ways Camden County Republicans can learn a lot from the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King.   King was not only a champion of civil rights but he also worked tirelessly to end poverty in the United States.  As the Camden County Freeholder Board continues to raise taxes and spend recklessly lets contemplate how we can use civil disobedience and other nonviolent means to improve life for all in Camden County.

Dr. King’s I Have a Dream speech given on August 28, 1963.

Share your comments on how people in Camden County can work together in the spirit of Dr. King to end ever-increasing high taxes, reckless spending and double-digit unemployment in Camden County.  Acting on the teachings of Dr. King is truly the greatest way to honor his memory.
