The War in Wisconsin

February 24, 2011

Congratulations to the newly elected Governor of the historically liberal state of Wisconsin. He may not be as visible and as vocal as his leftists opponents, but he is speaking loud and clear in regard to executive responsibility and respect for the taxpayer.

The fact that President Obama is weighing into this situation, once again, provides us with data to demonstrate that he is no centrist and that he does not respect the rights of individual States to act in their own behalf.

Union supporters from around the nation are showing up on the steps of the Wisconsin capitol in a show of solidarity for the overpaid and underperforming state workers. They are loud and attacking . This is bullying at its most primal. They make the Tea Party members seem like tepid tea drinkers.

The Democratic electors have fled to another State, revealing their unwillingness to negotiate in good faith. This is truly illustrative of cowards running away from a problem, that was created by them and people who think like them. Of course, if they chose to stay and vote their liberal tendencies, it would also be an example of their preference of advancing the status quo of insolvency as opposed to facing financial realities.

Once again, kudos to the Tea Party folks who came together about two years ago to fight back the tyranny of centralized state control.

Additionally, Americans owe a debt of gratitude to Chris Christie, who was the first Governor to stand up to greedy teachers and State employees who feel that the taxpayer owes them an above average lifestyle while they’re working as well as during their retirement. His courage, good sense, and clear communications¬† has helped to provide¬†a spine transplant for elected leaders around the country.

March on!

I stood up to them too, and all it got me was brutal retaliation, a forced resignation, and … etc. Kudos to Governor Christie and to the Governor of Wisconsin – you have the guts, the support, and the right morale; you’re fighting for the people and not taking the easy way out.
Keep up the good work, please, and I’ll keep watching as you make real change happen.
God Bless Governor Christie and Governor of Wisconsin in their righteous movements for the people and for the greater good.

It’s the tipping point necessary to bring about the drastic and sweeping changes that are long over due. I heard this weekend that state troppers have been dispatched to track down these run aways. They should get no pay as long as they are AWOL and they should be forced to pay back every penny spent on their capture.
Frankly I am embarrassed by this. I gave state leaders more credit than this. Not sure which is worse, this cowardly display in Wisconsin or the barbaric brawls in the Taiwan’s parliament.

Faith: Thanks for reading my blog.

Talk about the opposition being “on the run.”

This action is the type of thing that brings independants to our side. I know that if our folks did it, you and I would have the same opinion; that the action is shameful.

I sent a message to Gov. Walker in support of his position. In New Jersey we have Gov. Christie who has identified many of our problems and has had the courage to implement changes. We must stand behind these brave leaders and give them all the support we can.
