As a member of the Camden County Republican County Committee, we all have an obiligation to help support our county candidates. We all just recently took an oath to do just that. Now is a chance for everyone to do just that. Too many times, I hear about the costs of fundraisers. Campaigns are not cheap. County campaigns are even more expensive than local raises as they have to reach out to all of the towns in Camden County. This time, no one can complain that it is too expensive. Unless you are out of town or have another obligation that is more important, all county committee persons should attend this event. Even if you cannot attend, you should still purchase a ticket. This year, we have GREAT candidates who have already done of a lot of fundraising on their own. It’s out turn to help them now. I would like to thank our chairman and the candidates for having an event that is affordable to all. There can be no excuse not to attend or donate to this event. If you can’t be there, buy a ticket and give it to someone else to attend that is not a member of the committee. That will help get others involved who may not receive an invitation. Even if you don’t know someone to give the ticket to, you should still purchase a ticket because it’s pure profit for the candidates. This is our best chance to get some Republicans elected on a county level. Voters are outraged at incumbent politicians who have raised their taxes. For years, the democrats have wasted county funds on politicl patronage, outrageous advertising costs, giving life-time benefits to those who did not work the required number of years (30 million and counting) and spending 2 million to buy roads in case of a terrosist attack (the list is endless), instead of investing in towns to help reduce property taxes. Absolute power corrupts and the Camden County Freeloaders (and the row offices) is one of the best examples of this. We need Republicans there to be a watchdog for all of Camden County residents and bring back accountablility to the county level. This can only be accomplished if we support these candidates. This is an event that everyone can afford. I urge all to come or at least purchase a ticket. There are no excuses this time. It’s time to prove to the candidates that we support them. They are doing their part, it’s our time to do ours. So please RSVP and buy at least 1 ticket if not more.
